A claim for refund can be made by You in case You do not receive the Delivery within the time period promised by us or when KULTPRIT is unable to provide a replacement.
KULTPRIT will not make a full refund in any other circumstances.
Refund may be claimed by sending Us an email at catchus@kultprit.com.
A claim for refund must be made within 48 hours after the expiry of the promised date of delivery. In case such a claim is not raised with the aforementioned period, You will be deemed to have waived your right to claim a refund.
Refund shall be made to You within 1 week of your request into your account.
Refund, if any, shall be made to the same Issuing Bank from where transaction price was initially received.
Refund shall only be made in the currency in which the payment was initially made by You.
Refund shall be conditional and subject to Compliance of these Policies by You. In case of any misuse by You, refund may not be made by Us and action shall be taken by Us according to the available recourse.
